摘要:
文中介绍一起受到近区短路电流冲击的大容量三绕组变压器故障诊断过程,指出变压器内部发生股、 匝间短路时,变压器绕组受到冲击电流产生的电应力作用发生移位及变形。油色谱、直流电阻、变比、电容 量、绕组变形测试以及空载、短路试验在判断变压器性能方面均有不同作用。?#32469;?#26159;通过比对变压器绕组 的电容量历史数据或同型号变压器电容量数据并结?#29616;?#27969;电阻及变压比测试数据,可以有效发现变压器绕 组移位变形故障。
Abstract:
This article describes the process of fault diagnosis of a larg?capacity three?winding transformer that has been impacted by a short?line short?circuit current. It is pointed out that the transformer windings are affected by the electrical stress generated by the inrush current,which causes the transformer to shift and deform,resulting in changes in the capacitance between windings and between windings and the ground. This is compared with the historical data of the transformer capacitance or the capacitance data of the same type of transformer. It can quickly and effectively find the transformer winding displacement deformation failure.
