摘要:
根据某220 kV变电站某一个GIS设备触头出现的故障,对现场GIS设备进行拆卸后发现弹簧触指发生 了变形。借助于X射线检测技术还发现另外6组GIS设备中弹簧触指亦有不同程度的形变。结合现场处理 情况分析了弹簧触指变形的原因,变形是由于动触头在与弹簧触指接触过?#35752;械某?#20987;载荷过大所导致。并 根据弹簧触头的特点创建了模型,利用Adams仿真软件对弹簧触头的工况进行了仿真分析,并对弹簧产生形 变的原因进行了分析。仿真结果显示,动触头在与弹簧触指接触过?#35752;?#24377;簧受力增大,在齿轮槽的作用下 使得弹簧应力集中,引起弹簧变形。根据形变原因提出了弹簧触头的优化方案,并根据优化方案对出现故 障的GIS进行了相应的处理。
Abstract:
In this paper,according to a GIS equipment contact failure in 220 kV substation,the site GIS equip? ment after the demolition of the spring finger is found deformation. With the help of X?ray detection technology,it has been founded that the spring fingers have varying degrees of deformation in six groups of GIS equipment. Com? bining with the field treatment,the reasons for the deformation of spring fingers are analyzed. Deformation is caused by excessive impact load during contact between the moving contact and the spring fingers. According to the characteristics of the spring contact,the model is created. The working condition of the spring contact is simulated by Adams simulation software,and the causes of the deformation of the spring are analyzed. The simulation results show that the spring contact force increases with the spring contact during the contact of the spring contact,and the spring stress is concentrated under the action of the gear groove,causing the spring to deform. According to the de? formation reason,the optimization scheme of the spring contact is put forward,and the faulty GIS is processed ac? cording to the optimization scheme.
